Sree Renga Jothidalayam is owned and managed by Indiverse Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (operating under its technology brand Indiverse Digital Solutions). All astrology consultations are rendered personally by Dr. Srirengathu Govindha Bhattar.
2. Astrology Consultations & Services
- Online Phone Consultation Nature: Consultations are conducted directly via phone call. Guruji will call you on your registered phone number at your booked appointment time. Devotees must keep their phone available during the scheduled consultation time.
- Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer: Vedic astrology readings, horoscopes, Vaastu recommendations, and remedy suggestions provide traditional spiritual guidance. Outcomes depend on cosmic planetary transits and personal karma.
- Accuracy of Birth Details: Devotees are responsible for providing accurate date, exact time, and place of birth for precise horoscope calculation.
3. Pooja & Homam Booking Terms
- Ritual Execution: Poojas and homams ordered through our platform are solemnized by experienced temple priests according to authentic Vedic rituals.
- Prasadam Shipping: Blessed holy prasadam will be packaged and shipped via courier to the address provided during booking. Delivery times depend on logistics postal carriers.
4. Sacred Store Purchases & Inventory
- Product Authenticity: All items in our Sacred Store (mala, rudraksha, brass items) are authentically sourced and inspected for quality.
- Order & Payment Verification: Store orders placed via UPI proof upload enter manual verification status prior to dispatch. Orders with unverified or invalid payment receipts may be cancelled.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, logos, branding, Vedic texts, software code, UI designs, graphics, and video discourses on this website and mobile application are the exclusive intellectual property of Indiverse Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
