Account & Data Deletion Request
Use this official portal to request permanent deletion of your Sree Renga Jothidalayam user account, birth chart profile, and associated personal information, in full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and DPDP Act 2023.
Data Retention & Processing SLA Notice:
• Acknowledgment SLA: Your request will be acknowledged within 24–48 hours.
• Grace Period: You have a 30-day window to cancel your deletion request by contacting support.
• Permanent Purge: Account erasure from Firebase Auth & Firestore is completed on Day 31.
• Statutory Invoices: Payment receipts are retained for 7 years as mandated by Indian GST and tax laws.

What Information Will Be Permanently Erased?
- Profile & Auth Data: Your user profile document, phone authentication record, email credentials, and profile photo.
- Astrological Charts: All saved family birth charts, time of birth entries, and horoscope history.
- Device Tokens: FCM push notification tokens and device analytics identifiers.
